As part of our continuing “Meet Our Staff” series, below is the interview with Ty Greene from Environmental Services.

How long have you been with Givens Gerber Park:
Since January of 2020.

What are a few of your primary responsibilities?
To maintain the appearance of the campus so that it is presentable at all times, and to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided. Report to the Community Manager any concerns of safety or health that may exist in work areas including maintenance problems. Perform routine and preventative cleaning responsibilities.

What do you like about coming to Givens Gerber Park every day?
The first would be getting to know the residents, who are diverse, knowledgeable, and kind. On the hard days they definitely know how to brighten up my day! The second would be how beautiful the grounds are kept, my favorite time of the year is when all of the tulips are blooming on campus. Last but not least I like that we have a strong team, after all team work makes the dream work!

What is a fun fact about you?
I love listening to R&B music, especially from the 90’s.
